Here’s How to Make a Reservation

- Check availability
- Submit a reservation request (this request is non-binding at this stage)
- You will then receive an email with all the information needed to make a binding reservation. The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit within the specified time frame.

Good to know:
How many people can stay at the villa?
Up to eight people. The regular rate is for six people. Additional adults are charged €15 per night each, and additional children under 18 are charged €10 each.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is at 10:30 a.m. If there are no other guests arriving or departing on the same day, we may be able to adjust these times slightly earlier or later. (No guarantee)
When are check-in and check-out days?
Generally, you can check in or out on any day. However, during the high season (July–August), check-in and check-out are only on Saturdays. Please contact us if this isn’t possible—for example, due to flight schedules. We may be able to make an exception.
What is the minimum length of stay?
At least 5 nights; one week during peak season.
Are there any cleaning fees?
Final cleaning is included in the price. We can arrange for an interim cleaning upon request for an additional fee.
Special conditions
Are there discounts for longer stays?
For bookings for sixteen nights or more, you’ll receive a 10 percent discount on the total price. Contact us for special rates on bookings of at least three weeks.
Can I book Villa Ola with fewer than six people?
Of course. Please contact us if there are only four or fewer of you. During the off-season, we can offer discounts in such cases.
We don’t have five days to spare. Can we book a shorter stay?
During the off-season, you can also book shorter stays upon request—such as a long weekend from Friday to Sunday—especially on short notice if the house isn’t already booked. However, the price per night will be slightly higher than the standard rate. Please contact us for a quote.
It’s cheaper elsewhere. Should I book there?
