There are four airports in proximity: Jerez de la Frontera, Gibraltar Seville and Malaga. The flight time is about 3 hours, so that the holiday can start on the same day.
There are a number of airlines that are eligible for travel, including Condor, RyanAir and TuiFly.
The cheapest are usually the flights with RyanAir, but also TuiFly and Condor have good offers. The best way to search for a flight search engine such as www.skyscanner.com, www.swoodoo.com or www.momondo.com.

Rental car
Book in advance via a booking portal a rental car, such as www.rentalcars.com, since the prices are usually higher at the airport. When booking, however, you should pay close attention to the small print. Ideally, you select full/full tank so you do not have to pay any extra refueling fees nor buy an overpriced first tank of fuel. Also, a full insurance is recommended. If the company wants to sell you another insurance on the spot, politely but definitely refuse. Also make sure that your credit card has enough cover for the deposit – for small cars, this is between 1000€ and 1500€, larger up to 3000€. Details can be found in the small print of your booking.
