Villa Ola is a beautifully presented, extensive home ideally located in the urbanisation of Los Caños de Meca, Andalusia, on the Coast of Light (Costa de la Luz) near a long sandy beach and the lighthouse of Trafalgar. Since the house is located at the end of a dead-end street, there is no through traffic. Right outside the front door begins the evergreen nature park, La Breña, a pine forest on a huge sand dune.

The spacious house has its own private pool surrounded by a landscaped garden. Tastefully decorated, this property can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Villa Ola is unique in its design which makes the most of Spanish living ensuring large and light rooms and good use of the many outside spaces.

Through the large entrance you first reach the open dining area and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher and oven. Of course, all the utensils needed for cooking and baking are available. From the dining area a door leads to the 2nd hallway into the light and bright living room with patio doors either side, one to access the covered terrace and seating area to the front overlooking the pool and the other to the central courtyard overlooking the private sports court. The living room has a large comfortable sofa, big Smart-TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and a closed fireplace for the winter season.

There is a total of three bedrooms with aircondition, two with a large double bed and a daybed that can be used as a sofa or additional bed depending on occupancy. The hallway from the lounge leads to the 1st large double bedroom with french doors giving access to the central courtyard. This bedroom comes complete with its own ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. There is a 2nd bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor, and a 3rd bathroom is accessible from the corridor by all guests.

On the ground floor there are two private terraces, a beautiful lawn area around the sunny private pool (approx.  9mx4m). Private parking is available for several vehicles. Another great feature of the property is the private enclosed sports court with markings for basketball, football and table-tennis.

Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor and the extensive master bedroom with double doors to the balconette and to the large roof terraces offering countryside and sea views.

The panoramic views pf the upper roof terrace allow you to enjoy the most amazing sunsets, Trafalgar lighthouse and the hills of La Breña behind. On a clear day, you can even see the coast of North Africa.
